After Order Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse or supplier location, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Customized or Special Orders
Orders placed for customized products, bulk quantities, special procurement items, or products sourced specifically upon customer request cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

6. Refund Processing
